Pricing

Time does not always equal value.

Too many business attorneys use a one-size-fits-all billing model that only charges clients for their time, not their results.

We believe that only charging clients for the number of hours spent on an issue has led to billing systems that are overly fixated on time management. Clients are left feeling hesitant about reaching out for simple advice.

We are a small business, just like you. We understand the need to get results and have predictable monthly costs. That’s why we have three customizable pricing models:

Service Options

Concierge Service

For a flat monthly fee, you get unlimited meetings and calls and includes all of your business’ corporate and litigation work, that lasts as long as you need, and provides direct access to an attorney that knows your business without worrying about billable hours or replenishing retainers or other charges. And if your legal issue does not fall within our umbrella of services, we will coordinate a referral to another attorney that we know and trust.

Hourly Retainer

An hourly retainer is the traditional model for legal services. Attorneys do the work and you pay for it with an hourly rate. The advantage of this model is that you only pay for the work performed. The disadvantage is that the amount of work needed may vary. If it takes us a letter and a few phone calls to get your matter resolved, you win under an hourly rate because the work will be minimal, and so will your bill. But it’s equally likely that it will take more work than that to get you to the finish line. We might even have to file a lawsuit. If that’s the case, your bills will be higher, and irregular. One month there may be little work done, so you’ll get a small bill. The next month, however, it may take the work of two attorneys to handle your case. Then the invoice for that month will be large.

Phased Flat Fees

You pay a flat rate for a legal service and our attorneys will withdraw a portion as we complete particular phases, such as completing the demand letter, filing a lawsuit, and so on. It is guaranteed that you will only pay a certain amount for the service, no matter how much work it takes us. That way you only pay for a particular phase of the legal problem — or if you resolve your case.
